Gourmet dinner with Diana SantospagoBegin your culinary adventure Friday evening with a five-course dinner prepared for you by Diana. Saturday mid-morning, join Diana in the Inn kitchen for a 2-hour class demonstrating the preparation of bread, soup and dessert for the evening's five-course meal. At noontime take a break, relax and enjoy the packed lunch provided for you. After lunch, go for a stroll, take out one of the Inn bikes or just lounge in a lawn chair and soak up the surf sound, until 4 pm when it's back to the kitchen to continue the demonstration with an hors d’oeuvres, salad and entrée. Sip a complimentary glass of wine, sample the freshly prepared appetizer, and then make your way to the dining room to enjoy the rest of the class. Seafood dinner with Linda GreenlawSunday morning after breakfast, and armed with a hearty packed lunch, you have the opportunity to explore Isle au Haut on your own until early evening when we pack supplies into the Griswold to make our way over to Linda Greenlaws home on the west side of the island. Together we will prepare appetizers, salad and dessert and take in the sunset while Linda schools you in the art of grilling what else? fresh fish! We will all gather at our hostess' table to dine on the fruits of our labor and enjoy what's sure to be lively conversation. Fun with Black Dinah ChocolatiersAfter breakfast Monday morning, you will take your packed lunch
over to Black Dinah Chocolatiers,
to meet Kate Shaffer who will give you a 2-hour demonstration
of artisanal chocolate making. You will learn about ganache,
couverture and the origin of the elusive East
Side Pink Flamingo. Kate will return you to the Inn to gather

GIFTS Each person will receive a copy of the
Inn at Isle au Haut Cookbook, an Isle au Haut apron presented
by Linda Greenlaw and a 6-piece chocolate assortment from Black
Dinah Chocolatiers.
The dates are Friday May 30, Saturday May 31, Sunday June
1 and Monday June 2, with departure at 4:30 pm Friday. The package price for the Captain's Quarters on the ground floor with a private bath is $1900.00 for a couple.
