Take a tour of Isle au Haut's natural and cultural points of interest.
Habitats
Explore Isle au Haut’s rocky intertidal, clam flats, forests, bogs, meadows and pond.
Birds of Isle au Haut
Explore the rich diversity of avian life on the island.
Animals of Isle au Haut
Look for insects, amphibians, reptiles and mammals and learn about tracks and signs.
Tide Pools
Investigate these rich communities, collecting, identifying, classifying, and observing organisms under the microscope.
Botanizing
Learn about the uniqueness of island flora, use field guides, distinguish native and invasive species, identify wildflowers and trees, and explore the details under the microscope.
Kathie Fiveash is a year-round resident of Isle au Haut, and a lifelong naturalist. She has a Masters degree in Environmental Studies, and taught Island Ecology at the Isle au Haut School for eight years. She looks forward to sharing the island she loves with you!

This package is limited to 4 people.
This package will be offered from June 15 through September 30th. Tours are available on a morning and/or afternoon basis. Transportation will be provided. Call or email Diana to schedule your tour.
Fees: $50 per person, $100 minimum.
